In this remote role, you will work as a Customer Onboarding Coach. You will help newly enrolled customers (Pros) get started with Housecall Pro’s software by creating a customized onboarding plan based on their goals. You will support them during their first 30 days, coach them on using the platform, solve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
